Visitors to Pineapple Contracts’ stand, will, the furniture manufacturer says, “be treated to a well-earned sit down and a cuppa’, but ‘should be warned that they might not want to get back up’.
On display will be ‘the sumptuously comfortable’ Snug modular sofa, which can be used to create a variety of shapes to encourage social inclusion. Pineapple said: “The low-height design gives staff a good line of sight, while additional reinforcement and weighting are available for demanding environments.”
Continuing with the relaxing theme, the stand will also feature Boden beanbags and Contessa foam shapes, ‘ideal for boosting vitality and providing safe, relaxed seating in CAMHS settings’. For ‘more conventional’ seating, Skye Plus – ‘a neat take on the classic tub chair’, features a reinforced frame, and additional weighting for strength and safety.
In addition to loose furniture, Pineapple’s bespoke fitted furniture capabilities will be showcased in a space-saving corner installation. The company said: “Irregular room layouts and tight spaces are a common issue for refurbishment projects, and our experienced designers and installers are adept at finding innovative solutions to make the most of the available space.”
